We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at Our sole discretion.

“Get It Right” Guarantee
Good Eye, Kid guarantees two key items for eCommerce (on-white) photos:
We want you to be absolutely happy with your photos. If you’re not satisfied with any of your photos, we will shoot them and/or edit them until they are right. ALWAYS. This is contingent upon you providing us with a shot list and/or examples prior to the initial shoot.
If you don’t receive your photos in 72 Hours (or another promised time frame, when applicable), we will Refund Your Money 100%, and you keep the photos. Seriously!
72 Hour Turnaround Time begins when we have actual physical possession of your product and/or we assemble/mount your product (when applicable).
We strongly suggest you monitor your tracking code and we will confirm when we have actual physical possession of your product. Some of our packages are left in a parcel locker. While this is considered “delivered,” we are not yet in actual physical possession of the item. Additionally, parcels “delivered” while we may have stepped away from the studio are not in actual physical possession.
Does not include the time needed for any revisions.
Turnaround Time depends on availability. We will ALWAYS discuss our availability during our initial conversations about your project, and before receiving your product.
